License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Zoundit on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms.

Accounts & Usage

You are responsible for your activity in the app. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the provided interface.

You agree to comply with applicable laws, including copyright and broadcast regulations in your jurisdiction.

Content & Stations

Zoundit indexes streams made available by third parties. We do not host or control third‑party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or legality.

Links to third‑party sites or streams are provided as a convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

Subscriptions & Billing (if applicable)

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be disclosed in‑app prior to purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings. Payments are processed by Apple.

Zoundit, its logos, and related marks are our trademarks. All rights reserved.

All third‑party trademarks, names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

Zoundit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
